In 1961 a branch was opened in Finneytown, known as Anderson Funeral Home, and still remains today in its originally location on Winton Road. In 1964 land was purchased in Clifton where Anderson-Schraffenberger Funeral Home was built at 415 Ludlow Avenue. Today this is the location of PNC Bank. In 1965 Guy's oldest son, Bruce Anderson, became a licensed funeral director and embalmer and began helping his father build a business of professionalism, dignity and quality care for families during one of the hardest times they face.

Baiter and Sahnd Funeral Home on Clifton Avenue was purchased in 1980 and the two funeral homes were consolidated, becoming Anderson, Baiter & Sahnd Funeral Home. In 2004 the property on Clifton Avenue was sold and the funeral business is now conducted out of the Finneytown location.

In 1981, Guy Anderson and his son ventured to the west side of Cincinnati and bought Vitt & Stermer Funeral Homes in Cheviot and Delhi from John J. Stermer. Joseph A. Vitt and John Stermer had started the funeral home in 1899. In those days most funerals were held in private residences. In 1909 the Fairmont funeral home was built on Queen City Avenue and became the first in Cincinnati to be built exclusively for funeral services. From 1906 to 1949 Mr. Vitt and Mr. Stermer also operated a funeral home in Sedamsville.

In 1925 the building at 3425 Harrison Avenue was purchased from Fred Walber to be used as a third location to serve families. Mr. Joseph A. Grause was hired as manager of the Cheviot location. Then in 1949 the Sedamsville location closed to make way for city road improvements, known today as River Road.

In 1947 land was purchased on the corner of Robben Lane and Delhi Pike to build a new Vitt & Stermer location. As this state of the art building was finished, the Sedamsville location closed. Around 1964, John Stermer hired Richard Phillips to manage the new Delhi location.

In 1993, Guy Anderson's grandson, and Bruce Anderson's oldest son, David Anderson followed in their footsteps and became a third generation funeral director. Today the two Vitt & Stermer locations as well as the Finneytown location are all consolidated and ran by David Anderson.
